When does registration open?

General registration opens mid-October. Want to be the first to know? Email us at gingerbread@cookiesandcastles.com

How do I reserve a table?

The best way to ensure a table reservation is by joining our VIP email list! This gives you early access table packages before general registration opens in the Fall.  

Will the luncheon sell out? How can I ensure I get a table?

Yes, the Ladies Luncheon will sell out! We offer a waitlist once we hit capacity. The best way to reserve a table is by joining our VIP email list and purchasing a table package. Reach out to gingerbread@cookiesandcastles.com and ask to join this list. 

What do I bring to the event?

Your smiling face, a positive attitude and some holiday spirit! We provide fully constructed gingerbread houses, icing (in a tipped bag for easy decorating) and all the candy you could want! If you do have a specific theme in mind for your house, outside decorating supplies are permitted. 

Do I need a standing seat for Family Day?

Yes! This ensures we have enough space. Each gingerbread item purchase comes with 1 seated and 1 standing admission. Additional seated admission and standing admission tickets are available for purchase in advance.

Where do I park?

There will be valet at the main entrance of the hospital. That is the easiest way to get in and out of the event, especially when you’re leaving with your decorated houses! 

Can I pre-order gingerbread houses to go?

Yes, you can! You can add “To-Go” gingerbread houses or men to any registration or email us at gingerbread@cookiesandcasltes.com to place a To-Go order.
