Celebrating our 16th year, Cookies & Castles Dallas is a two-day, volunteer-led Gingerbread Extravaganza bringing together families and friends to decorate nearly 3,000 gingerbread houses and gingerbread men. Participants select delectable and festive decorations from our famous “Candy Bar,” filled with more than 5,000 pounds of sweet treats.
For 15 years, Cookies & Castles has kicked off the holiday season with a weekend full of sweet treats and smiles. After two-years of to-go only events, we are thrilled to invite guests to return to the in-person Gingerbread Extravaganza at Scottish Rite for Children. To-go houses will be available for purchase as well. We hope you will join us for Cookies & Castles this year as we continue to support the patients with limb differences that are served in the in-house Prosthetics Department at Scottish Rite for Children as well as the Tri Delta Foundation.
Ladies Luncheon - December 8, 2023
Join us on Friday, December 8, 2023 from 11:00am - 2:00pm for some holiday cheer! Enjoy a festive lunch with friends while decorating your choice of a Gingerbread House or Gingerbread Man. We provide a colorful candy bar and icing for all your decorating needs! Complimentary valet, an apron, tea towel, photos with Santa and an event tote are included with each ticket. A luxury silent auction will be open throughout the event - a fun start to the ‘gift-giving’ season with a little present for yourself!

Family Day - December 9, 2023
Bring the family and join us on Saturday, December 9, 2023 for your choice of of two seatings -- 10:00am - 12:00pm or 2:00pm - 4:00pm. Decorate your choice of a Gingerbread House or Gingerbread Man with colorful candies from our Candy Bar. Each ticket comes with a tote bag, tea towel, photo with Santa and one guest ‘standing’ ticket so a family member or friend can help decorate. A silent auction for perfect gifts will be open throughout the event.

Returning for a second year, our fun-filled Cookies & Castles Dallas Party Packs are available for purchase once again! Host the perfect gingerbread decorating party for you and your family, office friends, or girls night. Bring the spirit and fun of Cookies & Castles home for the kids for class parties or team get togethers. Party Packs are perfect for corporate gifts and client appreciation. Take Cookies & Castles home with you!
This year, we are excited to offer a limited number of "To Go" kids for purchase for you to take home for the holidays! Each "To Go" order includes a single, full-sized gingerbread item of your choice (gingerbread house or gingerbread man), icing, and a candy assortment all packaged in a Cookies & Castles event tote.
With endless options, "To Go" kits are a convenient and versatile way to enjoy all the fun of Cookies and Castles Dallas on your own time rather than at the event. Make family night a blast with a gingerbread decorating competition. Or, liven up your office celebration with some gingerbread decorating. Our "To Go" gingerbread decorating kits are good holiday fun for kids of all ages - even the teenagers of the family have been known to get in the spirit!
"To Go" orders are available for purchase once registration opens. They will be available for pick up on Event Weekend, December 8 and 9, 2023 at Scottish Rite for Children 2222 Welborn Street. Once your order is placed, our committee will be in touch with you to confirm all the details!
