Scottish Rite for Children is one of the nation’s leading pediatric orthopedic centers. A wide range of orthopedic conditions are treated, including sports injuries and fractures, as well as certain arthritic, neurological and learning disorders, such as dyslexia. Patients receive treatment regardless of the family’s ability to pay. For more information about services available at the Dallas or Frisco campus, volunteering or donating, visit scottishriteforchildren.org

Did you know that the cost of one prosthesis can range from $5,000 to $30,000, depending on the complexity? Children grow quickly, therefore a prosthesis needs to be adjusted approximately every three months and replaced every 15 months. The team at Scottish Rite for Children is on-site (in both Dallas and Frisco) and has the ability to collaborate with doctors, therapists and other medical staff during the child’s visit. There are only a few facilities like this in the country!

Prosthetic care at Scottish Rite is multidisciplinary — patients and families are able to work with an entire team of experts for the highest level of care. Orthopedics, physical therapy, occupational therapy, nursing, psychology, family services and child life all collaborate together with one goal — the child.

At Scottish Rite for Children, providing convenient, world-class care is at the forefront of its mission. Whether a common or complex condition, having a team of experts dedicated to every aspect of your child’s care is necessary to get them back to doing what they love. Learn more here!
