Now in its 16th year, Dallas Tri Delta Cookies & Castles aims to build on the spirit of giving to Scottish Rite on December 8 and 9, 2023 for our annual Gingerbread Extravaganza.

Participants select delicious decorations from our famous “Candy Bar” filled with over 5,000 pounds of sweet treats. The first day event is an annual Ladies Luncheon where decorating houses and cookies has become a treasured tradition for those who attend. The second day of gingerbread decorating is Cookies & Castles Family Day. This day is a true multi-generational event where parents and grandparents bring children of all ages to experience the magic of the season. Families can choose a morning or afternoon seating for this event. Both days include photos with Santa, silent auction items and plenty of holiday music.

Since its inception in 2008, Dallas Tri Delta Cookies & Castles has raised more than $1,100,000, benefiting the Prosthetics Department at Scottish Rite for Children and the Tri Delta Foundation. Thanks to the generosity of donors, Scottish Rite can carry out its mission of providing exceptional pediatric orthopedic care, giving children back their childhood ‒ regardless of a family’s ability to pay.

Cookies & Castles: A Gingerbread Extravaganza began in 2008 with members of The Dallas Alumnae Chapter of Tri Delta joining together to bring Tri Delta’s national legacy of giving home to the North Texas community. For 16 years, Cookies & Castles has fulfilled its vision to bring together not only Tri Delta alumnae but community members of all ages in a shared joy of the season of giving.
